This is a great reflection exercise that puts you in touch with your own creative experiences. 


Please answer the following questions: 


1. What is the first creative moment you remember? 

  • My seventh birthday, painting in a studio across the Pantheon, in Rome Italy. I was doing a copy of Henry Matisse's "The Goldfish" from 1912.




2. Was anyone there to witness or appreciate it? 

  • Yes my mom.


3. What is the best idea you've ever had? 

  • Usually when I have a great idea, it's for art. I get very happy when it turns out how I want it too.


4. What made it great in your mind? 

  • The inspiration


5. What is the dumbest idea? 

  • Water polo


6. What made it stupid? 

  • What even is happening in water polo? Like what. Keep it on land people.


7. Can you connect the dots that led you to this idea? 

  • It wasn't my idea.


8. What is your creative ambition? 

  • I strive to be better than the old me


9. What are the obstacles to this ambition? 

  • Its hard


10. What are the vital steps to achieving this ambition? 

  • Trying and being mentally able


11. How do you begin your day? 

  • By waking up


12. What are your habits? What patterns do you repeat? 

  •  breakfast, exercise, lunch, dinner, etc.

13. Describe your first successful creative act. 

  • Im not sure I remember it

  • Im not sure I remember it

  • Im not sure I remember it

16. What are your attitudes toward: money, power, praise, rivals, work, play? 

  • Money-cool, I wouldn't mind sone
  • Power- that would be nice
  • Praise- Love that
  • Rivals- hate them, would dump cat litter in their bed
  • Work- I actually like working
  • Play - playing is fun and relaxes you

          • A person that gives you inspiration {in any way}

          • I learn from them

          • Walk away and distance myself

          • I start planning on how to fix it

          • Both

          • Painting with music
